Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT/AV technical advice and support for corporate events / functions / management meetings
- Assist end users to get access to the IT/AV services, troubleshoot related hardware and software problems
- Maintain and support IT/AV systems and video conference services
- Work with relevant service providers for maintenance and support matters
- General PC technical support in Microsoft Windows / Mac desktop platform support
- Troubleshooting general mobile and desktop hardware, peripherals, operating system and application software problems
- Coordinate software and hardware installation, testing and commissioning
- Perform ad-hoc support as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years IT working experience, some working experiences in audio visual project and minimum 3 years experiences in administration of computer operating systems, fixing technical problems in a sophisticated IT environment
- AV product knowledge such as, Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, QSC, Cisco Telepresence, Polycom, etc.
- Familiar with technical requirements related to AV equipment and lighting fixtures.
- Solid experiences in supporting technical support / helpdesk
- Hands-on experience with PC hardware / Software installation, Windows OS and configuration, Mac OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Anti-virus, Mobile Support
- Experience of supporting TCP/IP, Windows, Wi-Fi and firewall
- Strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement
- Able work and solve problem independently
- Having customer services mindset
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
