Key Responsibilities

• Perform general IT helpdesk duties and daily operations support for end users
• Configure, support and maintain End User Devices, Network and Server Farm
• Perform system and account administration for various IT systems
• Provide IT training and consultation service to end users
• Supervise and provide guidance to IT Assistants
• Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Senior Information Technology Officer) assigned by supervisors 

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
