The Job

•          Daily system status check, server room monitoring, system and user data backup, data retrieval and other daily operations.
•          Troubleshooting on the office devices, IT devices (Hardware), Windows OS, Mac, MS office, design applications, Anti-virus etc.
•          Provide network administration to all infrastructure components including firewall, switches, routers, FTP & VPN solution.
•          Experience in Windows server and familiar with the related features such as AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.
•          Provide technical support to all users of the company.
•          Maintain the purchase and inventory record.
•          Website Maintenance and intranet.

The Person

•          Diploma holders in computer science, information technology or related disciplines.
•          2 years or more of IT related work experience.
•          Good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
•          Familiar with Linux and Windows administration.
•          Knowledge in Office365 migration from the on-premises environment will be an advantage.
•          Good team player, detail minded, handling Ad-hoc projects.
•          Knowledge of webpage maintenance and TCP\IP, Wireless, firewall, VPN, WAN OPT etc.
•          Immediately Available is highly preferred.
