Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install / maintain / troubleshoot servers and network equipments
- Manage and configure network equipments
- Deal with vendors on technical matters
- Maintain system documentations
- Maintain the inventory record on hardware and software
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline- 3 years of relevant experience among which should have 1-year solid experience in IT support
- Knowledge of IT security, PC, Mac and Networking
- Experience in Windows 2012 Server, Window 7 & 10, Microsoft office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive service attitude
- Able to work independently and have good problem-solving skills
- Immediate available would be an added advantage
- Fresh graduate with the attitude to learn will also be considered
