Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support on troubleshooting, maintenance, network infrastructure, mobile applications, web services, end-user, Microsoft 365, and helpdesk support
• Assist to monitor all network, security, computer and mobile systems to meet the organization's business needs and future development
• Assist to maintain the organization's LAN / WAN / WiFi environment and systems
• Identify, analyze, resolve network problems, performance issues and computer resources allocation
• Handle installation of hardware and software as well as maintain software / hardware inventory, process renewal, maintenance, and subscription
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in networking administration / Microsoft 365, Systems support and LAN / WAN / WiFi management
• Experience of monitoring Windows server system, IT security, end user computing or site management
• Knowledge in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Cloud service and VPN networks is preferred
• Experience on working with Service Ticketing system / SLA management
• Certification in ITIL and knowledge in SCCM is an advantage
• Proactive, detail-minded, problem solving skills and sensitive to business priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with both internal stakeholders & external vendors
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Immediately available is an advantage
