Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides 1st level IT support services to internal users
- Provides day-to-day IT administration duties, monitoring, troubleshooting and repair tasks including Windows / Linus system, Networking and POS system
- Handles assigned IT projects annually
- Assist to develop AWS Cloud IT Infrastructure and Container Orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for the centre
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in information technology or other related disciplines
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server (AD, File, Exchange, MDM) and Linux Servers and with hands on experiences in the above areas and VM
- 3-year relevant practical experience
- Basic command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- A good team player with outstanding analytical & problem solving skills, willing to learn and self-motivated
- Immediate availability is preferred
