Our Client is world renowned retail group. They are currently seeking for a highly professional to join their retail team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the retail outlets to achieve sales target and company goals
• Conduct customer service training to upgrade existing service level
• Set work standards to frontline staff and formulate relevant procedures and practices
• Ensure high quality of store presentation and service standard; collaborate with VM team to implement corporate merchandising programs
• Work closely with buying team for inventory management

Requirements:

• University Degree
• At least 6 years’ experiences in retail development and operations
• Experience in luxury retail would be an advantage
• Strong in training and field coaching
• Proactive, energetic and result-oriented
• Analytical and with good problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skill with good command of Chinese and English

*Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Area Supervisor
