Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 troubleshooting
- End-user support (both onsite and remote) for office/warehouse/stores/ project execution
- Hardware setup, deployment and asset inventory management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in helpdesk role, preferably in in-house setting. Experience in retail sector is preferred but not compulsory.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Information Technology or any related disciplines.
- Experience in using Service Desk ticketing system is a plus.
- Support experience in Exchange, O365, Teams, Polycom video conferencing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates with a major and internship experience in IT or related discipline are welcomed to apply
