Major Duties & Accountabilities

NEW CUSTOMER IMPLEMENTATION

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage vendor on-boarding schedule
• Manage new vendors’ email communication including on-board invitation, user requisition, etc.
• Manage system setting configuration of our core supply chain application – Visibility Management System (VMS®) for Go-Live new customer

User Training

• Conduct vendor onboarding training sessions and regular VMS® refreshment
• Follow up for post training session summary, attendances, and FAQ, etc.
• Conduct new application features rollout training 
• Assist any ad-hoc training for IT solutions

TRAINING PROCESS MANAGEMENT

• Evaluate and enhance user training courses with different IT solutions
• Streamline user onboarding process on Supply Chain systems
• Prepare and maintain VMS® training material including user guide, training video       

Qualification

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
• 2 - 3 years Help Desk support / Customer Services experience 
• Experience with MS office (Excel, Word, Team, etc.)        
• High learning agility, able to work independently under a fast environment
• Pleasant, strong sense of responsibility, a team player, detail-minded, and well-organized
• Fluent communication in both English and Chinese (Verbal and Written) 
• Experience in logistics industry is an advantage.
