Global IT Company is currently hiring for Onsite IT Support Engineer to be based in Central Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Providing onsite support services for telephone/PBX equipment at client's sites
• Supporting voice and related technologies that are proprietary IP phone platform and voice recorder system. 

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products and Networking (i.e. routers and switches)
• Certification in CCNA is a plus
