Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain trading and settlement systems and provide user support;
• Provide technical assistance to customers on Internet trading applications;
• Diagnosis and resolve system problems;
• Participate in project implementations with project team;
• Define and manage IT operation procedure documents and maintenance manuals;
• Participate in system implementation projects and change management;
• Work with external solution provider to collect proposal and to ensure that they provide services as agreed;
• Work with business to understand their requirements and to provide recommendations and solutions;
• Assist in incident management;
• Other work assigned by the management.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in trading system support in investment bank or broking industry
• Familiar with trading and settlement applications and systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Conversational level of Putonghua is required.
