Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and requests via calls and emails in a professional manner
• Conduct outbound calls to sales appointment making
• Assist to handle all insurance processing duties including new business, renewals, policy services and claims
• Collect the insurance marketing information
• Prepare and update the business reports and database regularly
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all assigned requests
• Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Post- Secondary graduate or above with any discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance related industry with valid insurance intermediate registration
• Detail minded, responsible, eager to learn and positive working attitude
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Good command in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
