Job Description

Scope:

Be part of the sales team, this role is responsible to drive the sales initiatives of Group Life and Medical Products and ensure all the are tied to the company’s growth plan.

Responsibilities:

- Promote Group Life and Medical products (employee benefits) to corporate clients via brokers, company agency or direct channel

- Identify Cross selling opportunities from Group Member to suit  personal insurance need, such as personal medical & life
- Producer (broker/agent) relationship management
- Handling daily quotation process including Group Life and Medical products with our channels
- Provide quality services to partners with the aim to deepen penetration and achieve sales growth
- Participate in the related marketing ad-hoc projects or activities including events, product developments

Requirements:

- University graduate major in Business Management/Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 8/10 year’s working experience in insurance products sales
- Holder of IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 is a must
- Experience in dealing with brokers and agents in Employee Benefits is an advantage
- Experience in Human Resources or agent sales is also considered
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills; with strong people management skills and able to manage a team

- Result oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and able to work independently

- Proficiency in MS Office
