Responsibilities 

• Handle inbound/email enquiries and provide extra-ordinary service to our customers in a professional and timely manner
• Address members’ enquiries effectively and maintain satisfactory quality of customer service
• Make appropriate recommendations to meet customers’ expectation
• Maintain relationship with our members through courtesy calls to maximize the level of satisfaction
• Provide, collect and manage customer data in full compliance to Bupa internal policies
• Escalate enquiries when necessary in line with internal guidelines

Qualifications and Experience

• F.7 or above level qualification, satisfying the Insurance Authority insurance intermediaries licensing requirements (i.e. HKCEE 5 passes, including Chinese/English & Mathematics)
• 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in a call center environment, preferably healthcare/insurance related
• A desire to develop a career in customer service
• To be committed to provide a high standard of service to our members
• The right attitude with a passion to serve
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Good command of Mandarin would be an advantage
• Hands on PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
