Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales target on medical products
• Develop and acquire new business in different market segment
• Develop and implementing business plans with stakeholders
• Engage with prospective clients and work towards converting prospects into clients
• Responsible for coaching/supervision of sales team to achieve sales target
• Build and develop relationship with banking partners and their sales force
• Responsible for developing the training modules for the Partnerships team
• Conduct training sessions related to products and sales techniques
• Facilitate communication between the  frontline sales team and client’s internal team
• Provide daily sales support (including sales support materials and motivational toolkits) to drive sales process
• Liaise and work closely with back office to ensure excellence in service delivery
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications, Training and Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of bank/insurance sales experience
• Experience in medical insurance and bancassurance highly desirable
• An undergraduate degree and possess valid insurance licence IIQE I & II
• Examinations and attains relevant professional qualifications such as CFP an advantage
  
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proven sales track record
