Responsibilities:

• Motivate the team to achieve team KPIs through development and reward programs, which contribute to the business objectives
• Ensure the team are adequately and effectively resourced through analytics and capacity management
• Lead the team to contribute and adapt to new technology and Platform Business including providing constructive feedback for ongoing enhancements of the CRM system and customer experience
• Assist in evaluating and driving the enhancement of end-to-end customer experience across channels/customer touch points
• Join hands with distribution channel to improve customer satisfaction and engagement, and to generate, nurture and qualify leads, which contribute to sales conversion, customer loyalty and positive word-of-mouth
• Support UAT, internal training, compliance review, corporate projects to ensure a high quality and engaging experience for our existing and potential customers
• Data analysis and compilation of regular/ad hoc management reports
• Proactively and effectively train, coach and develop the team with reference to the findings from business analysis, real time case monitoring, and service quality assurance programs, etc.
• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with relevant experience
• Possess insurance &/or asset management product knowledge with valid insurance &/or SFC license is preferred
• Experience in leading a team with strong people and project management skills
• Good communication skill in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
• Able to guide, persuade and influence others at all levels
• Proven problem solving and decision-making ability outside established procedures but within a policy framework
• Experience of interpreting, analyzing and acting upon management information
• Customer centric and desire to constantly achieve high levels of service quality coupled with a passion for continuous improvement
• Value analytics and work quality with ability in striking a balance between people-oriented and result-oriented
• Pleasant personality with positive mindset and willingness to learn
