Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Operation :
1. Responsible for entire supply chain management including but not limited to inventory planning and order management etc.
2. Coordinate and liaise with Hong Kong Sales, Singapore Sales and retail operations to maintain stock levels and inventory control.
Warehouse and Logistic:
1. Lead and overseeing the daily operation of warehouse and logistic department.
2. Manage of warehouse, stock controls, stock checks and related activities.
3. Provide supervision, back up and support to ensure smooth operation.
4. Support Management setting up guidelines, SOP and KPI to monitor, measure and improve warehouse operation performance.
Sale and Administration :
1. Ensure the accuracy of the information in ERP systems with the ability to reconcile data across different systems with MS Excel.
2. Provide customer service support and clerical support to sales Department.
3. Handling administrative duties.
4. Cooperate with Account Department for billing administration.
5. Compile various kind of reports for management’s review.
6. Work across-functionally with Sales and marketing teams.
Requirement :
1. Degree holder or above, major in Supply Chain or Logistic or administration with 3 years experience.
2. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV system is a plus.
3. Strong Communication skill and able to work independently.
4. Good communication and problem solving skills.
5. Knowing of Mandarin is an advantage.
