• Manage the operational flow and maintain service quality matters.
• Set up guidelines and Standard Operation Procedures for continuous improvement.
• Support company to achieve annual budget and other business objectives.
• Lead the frontline staff to excel their ability in daily operation.
• Manage and review manpower and workforce scheduling.
• Set up and execute a training program, grow up the frontline team.
• Excellent communication skill to deal with customers and internal parties.
• Build up and maintain harmony working environment.

• At least 5 years leadership experience or managerial position in chain store.
• Strong interpersonal skill with can-do attitude.
• Keen in Engineering scope, automotive retail experience is highly preferred.
• Work independent and under high-pressure situations.
• Keen attention to detail, be highly organized and have strong follow up.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with teammates.
• As a motivator to achieve company goal.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Possess a valid driving license in Hong Kong.
