Job Description
- Responsible for all rounded supervision on property management, facility management, manpower development and communication with members of IO/OC.
- Degree or Diploma holder of Property Management or related discipline;
- Must be a RPHM, member of CIH or HKIH;
- Holder of PMP (Tier 1) licence;
- 6 years of experience in property management;
- Preferably with experience in management portfolio of residential and commercial buildings;
- Well versed in Deed of Mutual Covenant and Building Management Ordinance;
- An excellent team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, marriage leave, full attendance leave, training allowance, newborn baby allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
