Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and developing the team to work according to the Company Values towards successfully achieving the Company and the Department Goals.
• Key role is to secure the Sourcing, Production and Supply Chain in accordance with the company strategy. 
• Implement and follow up company goals
• Set and Drive Department Goals in accordance with company goals
• Responsible for Supplier management according to company strategy
• Secure the Production Process- Product, Price & Delivery
• Secure Capacity Planning and bookings at the right time and with best advantage to the Company
• Responsible for consolidation of Fabrics/ Yarns or Trims in consultation with POM and the buying department, with the goal of securing the best price advantage for the company
• Monitor and Drive improvement in Supplier performance through various business indicators
• Streamline, Set and Secure routines for professional handling of the working process
• Drive and Develop the team to optimize efficiency and performance according to set goals
• Recruit and Train new Team members
• Responsible for Market Intelligence and network to always keep abreast with competition
• Source New Suppliers in accordance with sourcing needs
• Drive the company’s Sustainability goals through the department
• Constantly develop the roles and its Tools

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Textile / Design and/or Economics.
• Experiences: 8-10 years of working experiences in lingerie / intimate / underwear, preferable in multinational company
• Good in Cantonese and English
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Quick Decision maker & problem solver
• Positive and business minded approach
