Job Description
生產主任 (中央廚房) / Production Supervisor (Central Kitchen)
工作職責：
- 協助管理人事及食品生產的日常運作
- 負責計劃生產過程、人員培訓、監督及處理廠房內的工作安排
- 確保食物出品安全及健康，保持良好的工作環境
- 保持安全標準和產品質量符合公司規定和要求
- 將受聘於同德昇有限公司
工作要求：
- 中五或以上
- 最少4年或以上食品製作經驗及最少1年生產線管理經驗
- 與生產同事能建立良好關係
- 熟識ISO、HACCP及GMP等要求
- 具有良好的溝通協調能力，應變能力及組織領導能力
- 刻苦耐勞，有需要時協助生產
- 具有上進心，良好組織力，團隊合作精神
- 熟識Microsoft Office
