Job Description

生產主任 (中央廚房) / Production Supervisor (Central Kitchen)

工作職責:

  • 協助管理人事及食品生產的日常運作
  • 負責計劃生產過程、人員培訓、監督及處理廠房內的工作安排
  • 確保食物出品安全及健康,保持良好的工作環境
  • 保持安全標準和產品質量符合公司規定和要求
  • 將受聘於同德昇有限公司

 工作要求:

  • 中五或以上
  • 最少4年或以上食品製作經驗及最少1年生產線管理經驗
  • 與生產同事能建立良好關係
  • 熟識ISO、HACCP及GMP等要求
  • 具有良好的溝通協調能力,應變能力及組織領導能力
  • 刻苦耐勞,有需要時協助生產
  • 具有上進心,良好組織力,團隊合作精神
  • 熟識Microsoft Office
 工作地點:
  • 葵涌藍田街
工作時間:
  • 星期一至六
  • 朝九晚五
