Job Description

• Responsible for production planning and implementation to achieve KPIs and objectives
• Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high quality management team
• Monitor production and material sourcing plans with effective cost management and resources utilization/allocation
• Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance quality, efficiency and productivity
• Lead the technology research and identify ways for continuous improvement
• Build a high performance culture with competent, flexible and committed workforce
• Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in related industrial management, manufacturing and engineering disciplines
• Minimum 8 years printing factory management experience with working experience in PRC with production and technical experience in printing and packaging
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Good knowledge in computer and IT system applications including ERP and FMS
• Self-motivated, mature and high responsibilities
• Strong strategic thinking and problem solving capability
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and independently
• Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Stationed in Shenzhen factory
