Job Description
1) Sales Coordinator
Duties:
- Report to the English speaking manager
- Orders follow-up and monitor the production process
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Handle customers' inquiries and email correspondence
- Arrange and coordinate shipment/delivery
- Liaise with the factory and production team for order status
- Assist in ad hoc assignment
- Applicants who previously studied/worked in an English-speaking country will be an advantage
- 1-2 years of working experience in jewellery industry
- Less experience with high caliber is also welcome
- Good verbal communication skills (English, Cantonese and Putonghua) are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Immediate availability is preferred
2) Shipping Clerk
Duties:
- Responsible for shipment arrangement, checking product quality and compiling weekly reports
- Provide support to the sales and purchase team
- Handle administrative work including filing, data entry and other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in the shipping field
- Previous experience in the jewellery industry with knowledge in quality control and stone sorting will be a plus
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Immediate availability is preferred
