A Famos brand Trading and Manufacturer with over 30 years history in Hong Kong is now looking for high caliber to join the team.

Duties : 

• Report to the Manager and assist to supervise the team
• Handle full set of I/E shipping and banking documents including tradelink declaration;
• Liaise with key clients and forwarders 
• Coordinate all activities with internal parties and PRC factories 
• Follow up shipment booking and monitor the delivery schedule;
• Assist to maintain project files, enquiry database and shipment record (SAP system)
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma/ Diploma;
• Capable of handling I/E and banking documents independently including tradelink declaratoin
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in Trading and Manufacturing field
  
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• A stable working record will be a plus
• More experience will be considered as senior post
• Less experience is also welcome
• Knowlege of SAP is preferred
