1) Marketing Executive 

Duties:

• Planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns
• Analyze social media platform performance and develop the appropriate report to boost future performance
• Develop and manage the online marketing campaign on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to achieve marketing goals
• Manage company shop and assist the online customers in personal need
• Develop various graphic designs to enhance customers the online experience
• Product shooting & photo retouching

Requirements:

• Qualifications in marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and online marketing of luxurious products
• Experience in e-Commerce/digital marketing and familiarity with social media platforms, eg. FB, IG is highly preferred
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge is a must as well as strong writing and typing skills in Chinese.
• Good command of English, and Cantonese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

2) Sales Admin. 

Duties:

• Provide full support for the retail jewelry
• Prepare quotations according to customer requirement
• Follow up on customer orders and update the production system 
• Liaise with the workshop to monitor the production process and ensure on-time delivery for the shipment
• Update products info on the website
• Data entry of purchasing memo and invoice

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of sales coordination or sales support in the jewelry industry.
• Candidate with knowledge in gemstone grading and experience in retail jewelry is highly preferred.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Writing and typing skill in Chinese is a must.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

 3) Jewellery Buyer 珠寶採購員

Duties:

• Liaise with suppliers of diamond (parcel & cert) as well as the color gemstone for purchase of loose materials聯絡鑽石及寶石 (包頭及證書) 供應商採購物料
• Keep track of stock inventory level and update market price regularly管控倉存水平及定時更新市場價格
• Assort diamond and gemstone in parcel according to size and quality regarding company standard根據原材料的大細及質量進行篩選及進倉管理
• Assist in following up customer orders with workshop協助工場跟進客人訂單
• Data entry of purchasing memo and invoice記錄採購寄存及單據

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and assorting diamonds, preferably with colorful gemstones. 3-5年鑽石及/或寶石採購經驗。
• Candidate with gem grading certification or related training is highly preferred. 擁有寶石鑒證資歷或相關培訓者優先考慮
• Writing and typing skill in Chinese is a must. 需懂中文輸入法。
• Immediate availability is highly preferred 可即時上班優先考慮
