Responsibilities:

• Ensure the output of a high quality diagnostic according to company policies and existing working instructions
• Analyze quality problems, comebacks and QC fail watches and propose corrective actions in order to achieve given warranty on services target
• Define job assignment according to the incoming watches volume, manpower and skill level of the staff. React and adapt quickly according to the situation
• Manage the team to achieve the relevant KPIs associated with watch servicing efficiency, quality and staff development.  The target may be adjusted from time to time according to business needs
• Ensure correct input of data in ACSIS and assist in data-base cleansing.

Requirements:

• Secondary school or above
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field, experience in similar position is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
• Basic dexterity for handling watches; sense of details and precision
• Able to concentrate and focus on repetitive operations
• Knowledge of SAP would be advantage
