Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations to maintain production capacity with high consistency and quality

2. Evaluate and improve production processes regularly

3. Coordinate and prepare production plan with PMC

4. Prepare production reports for management review

5. Supervise and guide staff in daily production

6. Coordinate with engineering dept. to arrange preventive and emergency maintenance

7. Ensure product delivery to stores is in accordance with promising standards

Job Requirement

1. Secondary or above

2. At least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing industry, familiar with HK food regulations

3. Fluent Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

4. Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer

5. Attentive and responsible, can work under pressure

6. Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and analytical skills
