1) General Marketing & Promotions:

• Be innovative & initiative; propose new ideas; maintain creative thinking
• Develop 360 marketing and communications strategies to optimize the brand and its value propositions

• Coordinate large scale events and promotions
• Handle a/c procedures in order to arrange all kinds of promotion campaigns
• Liaise with tenants, promotion partners, contractors, and the media
• Maintain an effective inter-departmental communication at working level (e.g. property management, Leasing, CRM, Retail Management Team, Account Department etc)

2) Online Marketing:

• To Implement online marketing scheme as planned
• Collaborate with cross functional partners for digital creative innovation and operational efficiency
• Help develop effective fans recruitment & retention programs to accelerate digital performance acquisition with creative content

3) Public Relations:

• Coordinate and support the implementation of a wide range of PR & marketing activities and functions
• Writing up PR materials and translations for various media
• Building and maintaining media relations and KOL

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ Marketing / Promotions / Advertising / Customer Relations work experience in sizeable corporation and with 2 years in managerial capacity
• Previous experience in Shopping Mall, Marketing or PR agency will be preferred
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines
• Strong team player, exert sense of creativity and branding acumen
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, proactive and detail-oriented
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin
