• Assist in brand awareness campaigns across offline and digital channels including store marketing, flyering, TV, radio, print, OOH, and other online media 
• Conduct market research and brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities
• Assist with reporting and performance analysis of f&b marketing pushes
• Work closely with multiple function owners (offline, performance, social media, CRM) to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition, engagement and retention 
• Improve the performance of all offline and online initiatives by analyzing data, and recommend ways of spending budgets
• Responsible for bilingual press release write-up and internal media pitching of all promotional activities and restaurant openings
• Maintain an organized and strong media database and relations in the Food & Beverage industry 
• Keep abreast of the latest market trends, identifying potential growth area and media-pitching opportunities 
• Monitor competitors and user feedback across all marketing channels
• Prepare reports and presentation materials
• Maintain all PR clipping reports and evaluate the performance of each media pitching activity 
• Liaise closely with media, external agencies and internal teams to ensure effective implementation of PR activities with strong media coverage

• Higher diploma or degree holder in marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of public relations and marketing experiences with at least 2 years in the Food and Beverage industry
• Solid experience in public relations and corporate communication
• Strong network of media and KOL database within the F&B industry 
• Creative, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Acute marketing sense, good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Excellent command in both spoken and written of English & Chinese, including Mandarin
