Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor digital campaign with emphasize on maximizing customer engagement, experience and loyalty (owned & paid digital platforms)
• Working closely with marketing team to support digital communication needs
• Responsible for social media channels and strategic media plan; targeting locals; maximizing digital SOV & engagement
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
• Manage and maintain the up-to date content of digital platforms
• Understand and evaluate the digital market trends and explore new online marketing trends and platforms
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of online marketing initiatives to improve the effectiveness of brand awareness
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, communication, e-Commerce or related discipline
• 3 years or above experience in social/ digital marketing, e-Commerce
• Proficiency in MS Office, PhotoShop, Video editing
• Excellent of verbal/written Mandarin/English, the ability to write professionally and creatively for article
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Attentive to details, proactive and able to work on multi-tasks under pressure with strong self-motivation
• Trend sensitive with good sense of graphic and brand vision
• Immediately available is highly preferred
