• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, with a special focus on engagement behavior and trend to understand how to escalate the marketing activity
• Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation
• Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye to Identify and improve current processes when needed

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy, mainly on Twitter
• Produce and oversee social media content
• Monitor social engagement and suggest content optimization
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Measure the success of social media campaigns
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

• Over 5 years of experience in social media strategy planning and execution
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
• English and Chinese is a must
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics 
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
