Responsibilities

•          Provide daily admin support to Operation/Marketing team
•          Co-ordinate with internal departments and frontline staffs
•          Preparation of reports & analysis, agenda & minutes, meeting arrangement and so on
•          Assist in doing some marketing researches
•          Assist in handling ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

•          Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
•          Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Retails/FMCG industry
•          Detail-minded, multi-tasking, well-organized and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•          Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
•          Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word processing
•         Immediate available is highly preferred
•         Fresh graduates are WELCOME
