Key Roles & Responsibilities:

o   Develop promotion materials, initiate and carry out different marketing campaigns, liaise with business partners and KOLs management to maximize market penetration.

o   Work close with various parties to support business growth, include but not limited to HCPs’ associations and specialists’ groups; marketing agencies, etc

o   Analyze marketing event performance to generate action plan with impact

o   Provide training and field coaching to sales force to ensure the capability of delivering product key messages; and keep tracking internal alignment

o   Prepare and edit communications, presentations and other documents, in alignment with the business.

o   Support marketing event to drive business excellence

o   Effective & efficient resources allocation to drive business growth

o   New product launch and product lifecycle management experience is preferred

Qualifications:

o    University graduate in Life Science.

o    At least 3 years solid product management experience in Pharmaceutical industry. 

o    Experience in new product launch.

o    Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

o    E-marketing campaigns and patient education campaigns will be advantageous.

o    Highly committed and act with high level of ethics and compliance.

o    Good command of English and Chinese.
