Key Responsibilities

• Perform appointment booking, registration and reception of clients in CUHK Clinic
• Perform assessment of clients' health status and dispensing of medication under supervision
• Assist in medical examinations and interventions to ensure client comfort, safety with proper infection control in all procedures
• Perform blood taking procedure and electrocardiogram (ECG) test for clients
• Prepare and handle all medical instrument and consumables required for medical interventions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards at a clinic setting
• Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Clinic Assistant) assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience in clinic or medical centre settings
• Hands on experience in performing phlebotomy procedures and performing ECG test is preferred
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrable personal commitment in providing safe and quality patient care services
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
