Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to sales team
  • Assist daily accounting operations, including account receivable and payable etc
  • Work with sales team and key account team on the orders preparation and follow-up
  • Support key account team for brand marketing activities
  • Assist in ad hoc duties if required

Requirements

  • With LCCI and the knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
  • Detail-minded, customer oriented, good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency of MS office and with excel skills for reporting
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
