Responsibilities & Duties:

-          Direct report to Manager of Order Management

-          Work closely with US Sales/Procurement office for order fulfillment (from factory PO release to Shipment release)

-          Handle daily operation issues & seek direction from Order mgmt. Team, compile reports to monitor the open orders to ensure factories ship all customer order in compliance with Jaz requirements.

-          Communicate with customer’s local office to process order inquiries and work with Logistics on shipment issues

-          Coordinate with Vendor Management team to resolve potential shipment issues to ensure on-time shipment.

-          Manage Factory PO commitment to meet customer request

-          Assure MOL system data integrity

-          Review Open Order Report for any outstanding issues and resolve with vendor and internal teams, alert if any potential order slippage and initiate red flag for the team to work on contingency plan.

-          Assist manager in developing and improving PO process and prepare order report for taking action

-          Monitor Global order and FOB order status, identify the possible shipment slippage and escalate to the Manager for direction

 
REQUIREMENTS:

-          3-5 years’ experience in Order Administration/Customer Service, preferably from Toys industry

-          Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, and Outlook, Skype usage and proficient Pivot Table

-          Good communication skills and organized in daily routine

-          Proficient in spoken Mandarin & English and written Chinese & English

-          Detail mind-set is preferred

Working Location: Chai Wan (commercial building close to MTR station)
