Responsibility:

• Handling daily purchasing requests (PRs) including but not limited to RFQ, price comparison, result analysis and recommendation
• Supplier development, management and daily communication
• PO handling: Prepare and issue out POs correctly and timely
• Expediting: Ensure delivery of goods in a timely manner; ensure accuracy of DNs and carry out Goods Receipt with relevant teams
• Payment handling: Proofreading delivery notes and invoice; prepare all required documents for payments; liaise and coordinate with vendors and Finance Department for payments; ensure payments are done without delays
• Tendering and contract handling
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 4 years of work experience, of which more than 2 years of procurement experience
• Experience in tendering is a plus
• Good communication and negotiation skills, strong logic of expression, good professionalism and strong sense of service
• Proactive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
• Proficient in the use of office software such as Powerpoint and Excel
• Experience in handling SAP is a plus
• Able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
