Responsibilities:

• To explore/expand new customers and business opportunities to achieve company sales target
• To perform budget planning and forecast and directing the business development to drive sustainable growth based on market intelligence and data analysis
• To formulate strategies and identify directions for managing the merchandising operation in order to deliver excellent standards to clients, which return achieving the Company goals to cope with the highly competitive markets
• To co-ordinate with related departments to ensure reaching the delivery schedule and quality requirements
• Performing ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in merchandising, fashion, textile or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in sales and business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin) and interpersonal skills
• Strong capability of the cost control and product portfolio management
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
