Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Lead all purchasing activities of movement suppliers, drive continuous improvement of cost competitiveness, lead-time reduction, delivery reliability and movement innovation from movement suppliers to cope with business growth of the organization.
• Participate movement purchasing strategy formulation, implement the movement purchasing strategy, review the implementation progress and take corrective actions as needed.
• Measure supplier performance regularly, drive suppliers to take corrective actions for performance improvement. e.g. Annual negotiation, Business review meeting, Supplier improvement program, etc.
• Review and define yearly KPI of movement supply with the management. Support relevant reports of KPI in movement supply management regularly.
• Work and cooperate closely with Asia PD, Engineering, CW Purchasing and Planning and all related functions to optimize the working process in Asia supply chain.
• Manage supply risks by defining and measuring risks. Implement the risk management programs to mitigate impacts of risks. 
• To collect and analyse market intelligence from movement supply base and the market, share analysis result with internal stakeholders
• Perform Business Analysis report. Develop analytical tools in Excel or other applications.

Skills and competence required:

• Tertiary education background, Business, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 – 8 years solid purchasing experience, experience in watch business is a plus.
• Strong leadership, good integrity, business acumen and strong negotiation skills
• Good communication, a self-motivated team player with initiative to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• High competency level in Excel application. SAP software experience is an advantage.
