Responsibilities:

• Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers'  quality and budget requirements & price negotiation
• Manage and follow up the quotation and issue PO
• Handle sample arrangement
• Experience in import shipment and vendor liaison
• Familiar with using ERP (Epicor) system
• Perform other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above
• 2 years working experience
• Experience in related field will be advantage
• Strong coordination skill in order follow up
• Good PC/shipping knowledge in advance
• Detail-oriented, well organized, energetic, able to meet deadline
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office, Excel & Chinese word processing 
• Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP etc.) 
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
