Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily operation on Trade & CSR compliance, internal control and contract management issues in Procurement Division
- Coordinate divisional training courses such as procurement e-learning and other in-house training
- Provide support in meeting arrangement, report preparation and other management planning activities
- Ensure close monitoring of document circulation between BMD and departments/divisions
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Procurement and Logistics field
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
- Well organized, numerical sensitive, self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available will be an advantage
