This premium branded US law firm with 200+ staff in Hong Kong is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support a range of practice groups in Hong Kong. This is a fantastic role for BD professionals who want to be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment with one of the biggest names in the international legal industry.

WHAT

• Support partners on business development strategies as requested, to assist with client relationship management, client acquisition and profile raising
• Prepare, coordinate and finalise pitches and capability statements as required - input into cross-border pitches as required
• Develop and execute events sponsored or hosted by the firm to enhance visibility in the market and advance business development goals.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and research of prospective targets, industries, and markets with support from firm wide resources
• Prepare reports or summaries regarding BD activities
• Support the development and implementation of specific business and client plans

YOU

• minimum 1 year of experience in the Business Development field, preferably in a reputable law firm or professional services firm environment.
• Excellent English and Chinese language abilities (spoken and written)
• Confident speaker - no fear speaking to partners!

AMAZING

• You're proactive and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines 
• Great interpersonal and organisation skills 
• Looking to get exposure to managing senior stakeholders
