Key Responsibilities

• Review the data from customers, such as their complaints, requests, or claims, classify and label the data, assist AI to identify customer’s voice in a smart way
•  Analyze customers’ data and refine insights from data, assist product team, operation team, or other relevant teams to make a difference and improvement on HUAWEI mobile service products
•  Mnitor the data, to facilitate an alarm system to troubleshoot any potential issues beforehand
•  Leverage various platforms with the customer service team to improve and develop HUAWEI App or website product from an end to end perspective
•  Ad hoc tasks assigned by the team lead

Minimum Qualification

•  Bachelor’s Degree, master degree is preferred
•  3+ years with solid business operations or relevant working experience
•  Insightful data analysis skills, and market analysis capabilities
•  Excellent communication skill, such as concise expression and patient listening
•  Ability to solve problems on an end to end basis, excellent PDCA skillset
•  Being logical and innovative, as well as a good teamwork
•  Proficiency in Mandarin and English
