What you’ll be doing…

Make a difference to our next generation. The newly created Business process Re-engineering (BPR) team sits at the intersection of education and technology, building something that empowers young minds. You will be a part of a passionate, driven team that treats you like family and emphasizes open communication. 

As a key member of the BPR team, you will help redesign CBI’s operational processes to enhance our services’ quality, output, cost, service, and speed.

A Day of your life

• Gather and analyze requirements of IT Systems from business users. Liaise with end-users and vendors throughout the project life cycle to ensure successful delivery of products
• Conduct business process review to identify deficiencies and implement the reengineering process
• Conduct analysis on existing data structure and formulate project plan for the master database
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and products to implement for new business processes
• Provide IT training for enhancing IT knowledge to other staffs

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Information System or other IT-related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the Financial Service industry
• Experiences in Business Process Reengineering with project engagement would be an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify, understand and address operational issues
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans
• Can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, and a strong drive to get things done
• Excellent command of spoken & written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Immediate availability preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst
• Fresh graduates with good academic records will also be considered
