About The Role:

• Reporting to the Toll Service Manager, the incumbent is required to ensure statutory compliance and effective risk management framework of a project
• Ensure all the Electronic Payment Means and Non-electronic Payment Means provided are appropriate and efficient
• Work with Payment Service Providers, Designated Channel Operator and financial institutions to ensure all monies collected are proper and accurate
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of a Designated Stored-Value Account, including redemption and refund
• Ensure proper documentation, maintenance and retention of accounting processes and procedures, and books and records
• Oversee the financial performance of the tolling operations and prepare necessary and timely operating and financial information/reports

About You:

• Holder of university degree or equivalent qualification
• A Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants or equivalent
• At least thirteen years' relevant post-qualification full time working experience in the field of accounting, audit, compliance or finance
• At least three years at managerial or supervisory role
