With business growth continuously at Century Distribution, “Shared Service Centre (SSC)” has been published for several years to help Management identify and propose the right location, technology, process to ensure an efficient ‘shared’ or ‘back office’ strategy for Century globally.  We are now looking for potential candidates to join with us.

 Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate Manager to effectively manage the end-to-end processes of Shared Service Centre (SSC)
• Support Manager on cost management
• Define service requirements to ensure quality deliverables and optimal efficiency
• Identify strategies, techniques, and automation tools to improve operations performance
• Lead team to document processes in detail
• Develop and deploy best practices
• Measure SLA/KPI and provide improvement plans
• Lead and design documents e.g., User Guide / SOP in a user-friendly and effective manner
• Conduct time motion studies for processes
• Develop and manage a central library of documents to ensure service consistency
• Develop monitoring mechanism to eliminate cost on errors / waiting
• Understand the value in the services to users
• Support routine tasks

• Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience; exposure in supply chain and logistics industry is a bonus
• Experience in mobilizing resources in a multinational environment
• Ability to design, refine and improve business processes with emphasis on best user experience
