Our related company, KV Pro Services Limited, now looks for full-time candidate for our Company Secretarial position with the following job duties:

• Assist in full range of company secretarial and administrative duties for the private companies and associations;
• Handle filings and correspondences with the relevant regulatory and statutory authorities; and
• Maintain corporate records, filing documents and draft documents for clients.

 Successful candidates will be:

• Diploma or above;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, fair in Putonghua;
• Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good at reading and following rules and regulations;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task;
• No experiences are required, and welcome fresh graduate

Our office is located in Tsim Sha Tsui. Successful candidates will work in our company secretarial department under the supervision of the manager to carry out the said duties.
