Role Purpose:

This position is responsible for handling all Trade accounting matters and support month end closing process for International Buying Department. 

A typical day in this Role: 

• Perform By-Team-Sales & Purchase tracking
• Responsible for monthly By-Team Sales & Purchase reporting; accounts receivable reconciliations; aging reports and monitoring; and month end closing supporting
• Participate in quarterly sales & purchase, trade related supplier funding forecast & annual budgeting; royalties related reports and corresponding follow up
• Review half yearly trade related supplier funding billing and reconciliation
• Ad-hoc projects and support Trading process reengineering

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline with professional accounting qualification
• 5 years or above experience in accounting for accounting firms and/ or MNC. With knowledge of Trading Business / Retail / FMCG is an advantage
• With strong sense of compliances and control
• With strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
