Job Duties

• Responsible for handling full range of corporate governance matters for the companies within the Group, performing statutory/regulatory compliance, logistic planning and records maintenance, enhancement and assisting in ad hoc corporate projects;
  
• Assist in ensuring compliance with all corporate governance requirements, practices and procedures;
• Lead the preparation of all annual reports, interim reports, announcements and circulars and correspondence with the Stock Exchange;
• Organize and prepare for board meetings, committee meetings, shareholder meetings and draft minutes; and
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Main Board listing rules requirement and all relevant statutory and regulatory matters of the Group.

• Degree holder and associate member of HKCGI or CGI
  
• At least 10 years of experience in professional company secretarial firm or in-house company secretarial team of MNCs
• Sound knowledge in corporate governance matters, the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance
• Independent, well organized and good team player
• Good Command of both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good command in MS Office
