We are currently hiring a (Senior) Administrative Officer to join our team in a Grade-A Commercial Tower in Central & Western District. You will be reporting to the Property Manager and providing day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Building Management Office, including but not limited to take meetings' minutes, prepare ISO documents, uniform, stationery, memo, retrieve, report & attendance record, etc. 

Requirements:
  • Relevant Qualification(s) in Business Administration/Property Management
  • Minimum 3 years experience of office administration/secretarial experience
  • Similar experience in Property / Facilities Management is preferred
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Basic PC skills required
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Admin Officer
  • 5-day work
